The mission of the department is more on initiating network, partnership activities and programs with the other organizations inside the university and indulge as the student's ears and voice inside the universityfor more unified and legitimate duty on the student body.
The vision of the department does not only limit to continue to apply effective communication system and channels on ensuring that every student will be informed and updated as much as possible in connection with the current and upcoming activities of the university but as well as flourish friendship on the different organizations inside the campus.

Xavier University Junior Marketing Association Academic Affairs’ purpose is to provide programs and services that respond to the academic standards of the university and enriches student learning and development.
Academic department aims to build and expand the learning environment and learning opportunities to all marketing students so as fostering camaraderie among its members.
